Return Policy

How to Return Items
 
Your satisfaction is important to Mary’s Little Lambs Products. If you’re not completely happy with your products, please contact me at maryslambs@socket.net. We value our customers and will do our best to
address your needs and find a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact Mary’s Little Lambs before returning the item.

  • Your item must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a defect.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.


Return process:
 

  • Please email maryslambs@socket.net to request a refund and give reasons why, so we can address the issue. I want my customers to be happy.


Mail your returned item to:

  • Please get the tracking number and email it to Mary.


What to Include:​
 

  • A signed note stating the reason for your return

  • A copy of the original receipt with the order number

  • Date you reported the issue to Mary.

Non-returnable items:
 

  • Sale items and custom orders

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless approved by Mary. 

  • Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges
 

  • If your item was defective in any way when you received it, you may exchange it for the same item. If that item is no longer available, you will receive a credit.

  • If customers request a different size or color, you are responsible for the shipping associated with the exchange.

Shipping Policy

All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Monday - Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

  • Saturday 9 am – 11:30 am

Orders are sent through the most affordable shipping carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS) UPS

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and your delivery location. Before you reach the final checkout page, you'll see the shipping fee,
giving you the option to proceed with your order.
Order Tracking Once shipped, Mary’s Little Lambs will email your tracking number so you can monitor your shipping’s progress.
