Return Policy
How to Return Items
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect. You must contact Mary’s Little Lambs prior to return and the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
1. Please email maryslambs@socket.net to request a refund and give reasons why so we can address the issue. I want my customers to be happy.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original receipt, and date you reported issue.
Return Exceptions
1. Sale items and custom orders
2. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
1. If your item was defective in anyway when you received it, you may exchange it for the same item. If that item is no longer available you will receive a credit.
2. If you want to exchange your item for a different size or color you will be responsible for shipping.

2. UPS – only at the customer’s request
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Order Tracking
A tracking # is provided by USPS, you will receive an email with a copy of the receipt so you can track your order with the tracking information.
