To determine your size, always use your dominant hand and measure hand around the widest part of your hand. The tape measure should wrap over the top of your hand and across your palm at its widest point. Measure the longest part of your hand by holding the end of the fabric tape measure over the tip of your middle finger and pulling it down. Take the average of the of the two measurements and round up to the nearest whole number.
