No. Unlike traditional coarse wool, Romney-Merino wool fibers are significantly finer—often about one-third the diameter of a human hair. This makes it incredibly soft, flexible, and comfortable against the skin.

Most of your wool comes in the flock’s natural shades, so each shearing brings a one-of-a-kind color mix. That means you get honest Ozarks wool with real personality. When we do want a brighter look, we dye yarn with Jacquard Acid dyes.

Yes, we repurpose materials to create hand-woven rugs and mittens.  Yarns and roving are sold by the ounce, and fleeces are sold by the pound.
